Why Does My Tracking Show ‘Not Yet Scanned’?

•The package hasn’t been scanned yet: When we hand off your package to the shipping carrier, it may take a little time for the carrier to scan the package into their system. This is especially common during busy seasons or weekends.
•The carrier is experiencing delays: Sometimes, carriers experience delays in updating tracking information due to high volume or staffing shortages.
•The package is still in transit: Even if the tracking hasn’t updated, your package may already be on its way to you! Tracking details often update after the package reaches a new facility or is out for delivery.
What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated in a few days?
If it’s been more than 3 business days (5 business days during holidays or busy season) without any updates:
- Check your tracking link again to see if there’s a new update.
