Q: What is the Sticker Promise?

A: The Rainier Watch Sticker Promise means we’ll replace any of our stickers for free — forever. If yours fades, peels, cracks, or can’t keep up with your adventures, we’ll send you a new one. No receipt. No stress. No catch.

Q: Why offer this for free?

A: Because we believe small things matter. Stickers are low-cost for us, but high-value to our community. They help tell our story, and when one fails, we want to make it right. This is just one more way we stand by our quality and our mission to protect the parks.

Q: Which stickers are covered?

A: All of them! Die-cuts, holographic, matte, gloss, even special collabs — if you bought it from us (online, at an event, or in a retail shop), it’s covered by the Sticker Promise.

Q: Are there any exclusions?

A: Not really. We only ask that it’s normal wear and tear — not something like putting it through a shredder or lighting it on fire (yep, that’s happened). Otherwise, we’ve got you covered.

That said — we do reserve the right to say no if someone’s clearly taking advantage of the system. If you try to replace 5 billion stickers a year, we might have to sit you down for a friendly chat. We love generosity — not sticker piracy. 🏴‍☠️
