Can I request a physical gift card instead of a digital one?

At this time, we only offer digital gift cards. However, you can easily print the digital gift card email if you’d like to present it in a physical form. Or if you order other products along with the gift card, shoot us an email (support@rainierwatch.com) and we can print out the digital gift card and include it with your order.

How do I use the digital gift card?

You’ll receive an email containing your gift card code after purchase. You can either forward the email to the recipient or print the email so they can use the code at checkout on our website. The gift card "code" works just like a coupon code at checkout.

Are there any restrictions on gift cards?

Rainier Watch gift cards can only be used for purchases on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash. They often don’t expire, so your recipient can use them anytime. If they do have an expiration date, it will be listed in the email.
