You can get free shipping orders over $75 with a delivery address in the USA. This is the best way to get free shipping!

I live in Seattle, can I pick up my order?

(First off - Howdy Neighbor! 👋🏻) Unfortunately not. RW is still very small (basically a 1 person operation), and so I don't have any physical locations where you can pickup your order... yet... Stay tuned, because this might change in the future! If you want to check out our products in person before buying, check out our many local retail partners like REI! Why does it cost $4 to ship a sticker?

Because $4 is actually the bare lowest cost that USPS charges me for shipping a first class envelope with tracking. And if I'm shipping outside WA it costs me more than $4. Also I pay my team a livable wage so it doesn't even factor in the costs for handling/labor. The good news is that it's a flat rate so you can add unlimited amounts of stickers to your order and only $4 for shipping. I used stamped envelopes in the past, but unfortunately they would get lost in the mail. So I ship everything with tracking and insurance now

How do you ship orders?

We primarily ship your orders using USPS, which has a smaller carbon footprint than Amazon Prime, and is pretty dang reliable. Occasionally we will ship with UPS when it is more cost effective or faster. Either way you will get a tracking number so you can follow your order to your destination! Orders are shipped from the RW warehouse located just outside Seattle. Orders sent to Washington addresses are typically delivered within 2 business days.

It says I qualify for free shipping but why do I still see a shipping charge?

We do currently offer free shipping on certain orders in the RW Shop however sometimes you may see a shipping charge on orders that include products from the RW Mercantile. The RW Mercantile is a place online where we feature other awesome local brands that we love and that give back to the great outdoors. Check out the RW Mercantile here. We've listed this information on each product's page on the RW Mercantile, like so: Because these products are shipped by these other small business, products on the RW Mercantile do not quality for free shipping. We unfortunately can't offer discount the shipping price to $0 for other brands that are charging shipping.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes! You can update your shipping address within 6 hours after the order is placed or until the order ships (whichever comes first) Here's the process: 1. Log into your account here: https://account.rainierwatch.com/ 2. Then click on the order that you want to change 3. Under "Edit Your Order", click "Shipping Address" and add the new shipping address! 4. Don't forget to hit "save address" That's it!

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! 🇨🇦 We proudly ship to Canada through our Shopify-powered checkout. When you visit our site from Canada, it should automatically switch to our Canadian store version here: shop.rainierwatch.com/en-ca. Please note that international shipping rates can be higher since we don’t have access to heavily discounted carrier rates yet, we simply charge what we get charged by the shipping carriers. We also collect duties and import taxes at checkout, so you won’t get hit with any surprise fees when your package arrives.
