- USPS says sometimes the package can be marked delivered early or incorrectly. And often we've seen packages mark "delivered" then show up 1-3 days later.

If the order was sent to your house, ask anyone else living there if they accepted. (And your neighbors).

Check any other potential area that they could have dropped it off. Per USPS this includes:

Garage
-
With others in your household

Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day

Porch
-
Areas protected from weather

Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance

Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed

Double check that the shipping address was correct.
If you still can't find it:

Wait at least 1-2 business days (most often the packages will show up after that point).

If not, contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) to additional help.

If they aren't able to help - contact us and after 20 calendar days, we can file and claim then send a replacement. (It's worth noting, we have noticed that over 85% of packages that are "lost" show up after 20 days)

If you still can’t find your package and it has been over 24 hours since the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number and submit a service request to your local Post Office™.
